THE GERMAN SHORTHAIRED POINTER LOVES LIFE

This breed is a fun dog! German Shorthaired Pointers are great in the field and love to take walks and play Frisbee.  They love to have fun and spend time with the entire family. The German Shorthaired Pointer has an even temperament but the males that have not been neutered can be aggressive. They love to be outdoors and are happy in temperate climates. I have always enjoyed working with these dogs. I saw a lot of them in my medical practice in Ohio. Lots of fields and space are just perfect for a German Shorthaired Pointer.  This breed also makes a wonderful bird dog.  Watching them work is a true delight.
